We produce very neat and secure packaging.
The glasses are first wrapped separately then put in a first box. This carton is then placed in another box and stalled with polystyrene particles.
In an ecological approach, we use a maximum of reused cardboard boxes.
We ship all over the world. We send all packages by registered mail with insurance, to alleviate any transport problem.
To be able to benefit from the insurance if an object was unfortunately damaged during its transport, it is up to you to check the state of the goods in front of the deliveryman or the postman.
Damaged and unreported items will not be reimbursed by the insurance without a damage receipt issued by the postman or deliveryman.
The shipping costs include postage and packaging costs, they are always calculated at the fair.
We ship orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
We are not responsible for postal delays, but we send you the parcel tracking number on the day of departure. You have the opportunity to follow your package by visiting the website www.colissimo.fr.

We accept the return of objects in case they don't correspond to your expectation within 7 days of receipt of the package (delivery date indicated on the site www.colissimo.fr with the tracking number).
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition appearing on the advertisement. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A refund of the total purchase price excluding delivery will be sent to you within 30 days. After 7 days, no refund will be made.
