We are professionals and we guarantee that all the items we sell are original.
Unless otherwise stated on the page of an item, all are in perfect condition. However, most items are second hand, and as such, they may have some small signs of use without gravity.

The glasses are all made by hand, which explains the small differences we sometimes find them (height, weight, patterns ...). These differences, far from being defects, make these pieces unique items!
Enjoy them at fair value of the work of the glass masters of glassworks.

Packages:
We take great care of the goods before their departure, and taking every possible precaution to ensure that your purchases arrive in good condition ...
We carry very neat and secure packaging.
Particular attention is given to fragile items (glasses, dishes...). They are first individually wrapped and then put in the first box. This box is then placed in another box and rigged with polystyrene particles. Please see here the packaging of your order.
In ecological approach, we use a maximum of reused cardboard boxes.

Delivery:
We ship worldwide. We send all parcels by registered mail with insurance to compensate for any transport problem.
To qualify for insurance if an object was unfortunately damaged during transport, it is your responsibility to check the condition of the goods in front of the delivery person or factor.
Damaged and unreported objects will not be refunded by the insurance without a damage recognition receipt issued by the factor or the deliveryman.
The shipping costs include postage and packaging costs, they are always calculated as accurately as possible.
We ship orders as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.
We are not responsible for delays, but we will send you the tracking number of the package the day of departure. You have the opportunity to track your package by visiting the tracking site.

Return
We accept return policy if they do not correspond to your expectations within 7 days from receipt of the package (delivery date indicated on the site www.colissimo.fr with the tracking colissimo number). Please contact us for the details.
The object must be returned complete in its original packaging and condition appearing on the ad. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A refund of the full purchase price excluding delivery you will be sent within 30 days. After a period of 7 days, no refund will be made.
